Directed by English Executive Chef, Nigel Martin, the Food and Beverage Department at Coconut Beach Club puts together a creative selection of menus boasting authentic international cuisine interspersed with delicious and interesting local Antiguan Dishes.

The resort features two restaurants. The first is located just yards from the beach, serving buffet breakfast and lunch, in a tropical al fresco style. The other restaurant is located poolside and serves gourmet dinner from an exciting and varied ` la Carte menu. All our menus change daily and rotate on a 14 day basis. You are therefore guaranteed never to be faced with the same choices on any given day of your vacation. Our poolside bar offers a range of exciting cocktails concocted from local beverages, fruit juices and spirits. We also boast an eclectic wine list with more than 35 selections, a must for wine enthusiasts.
